Final Dividend for the Year 2002-03:
At the 63rd Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 23.08.03 a Final Dividend (for the year 2002-03) @ 150% on the paid up equity share capital, was declared by the shareholder of the Company and the same will be paid to the shareholder whose name stands registered in the Register of Members as on 23.08.03.
