Declaration of Interim Dividend @ 125%:
The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19/12/2003 has declared an interim dividend @125 % on the paid up equity share capital of the Company for the financial year 2003-04.

The Board has fixed January 5, 2004 as record date for ascertaining the shareholders who are entitled to receive the dividend as aforesaid. The said dividend will be paid vide Demand Drafts / ECS between January 13, 2004 to January 17, 2004.
