The Board of Directors of FDC Ltd., has at its meeting held on 17.3.2005 declared an interim dividend @ 75% for the year 2004 - 05 on the post bonus equity share capital of the Company. March 25, 2005 has been fixed as the record date for ascertaining the shareholders entitled to dividend. |
